The Ready Set GO!simulation was specifically developed to convey the topics of project management and team building in an experience-based and practical way.

The central learning principle is to let participants act independently and hands-on. The seminar covers the fundamentals of professional project management —from project initiation and planning to completion and delivery.

Participants discover which factors influence project success and learn about the methods, tools, and systems used in effective project management.

Your participants gain confidence and experience in handling projects –with fun and without risk!

In addition, participants learn about team-building measures and practical exercises that foster effective collaboration and team development.

Why project-management simulations are worthwhile

Project management isn’t hard to understand —it’s hard to implement. The many challenges in a project are best experienced directly.
Understanding comes from “grasping”: in the simulation a project is carried through from assignment to completion. During this process participants experience stumbling blocks and success factors firsthand.
The simulation of real business requirements leads participants to authentic behaviourand offers a high level of evaluation objectivity. For this reason it is also ideal for assessment-centres!
