Hospital simulation

The Hospital Akut simulation offers an immersive, hands-on experience in hospital management. It provides a clear view of hospital operations and key business metrics, making complex management concepts accessible and engaging.

Participants step into the role of hospital management, working in small teams (3-4 people) to run their hospital efficiently. Throughout the simulation, teams will manage patient admissions, diagnosis, treatment, discharge, and billing. The game culminates in an exciting competition to see which team can develop the most successful strategy for hospital management.
