Retail Manager

In the Retail Manager simulation, your trainees take over the management of a retail company and experience typical business processes first-hand.

Working in small teams, participants actively develop a success strategy for their business. Throughout the simulation, they are confronted with new challenges and immediately experience the economic and financial impact of their entrepreneurial decisions.
